📜 Terms of Agreement / सेवा की शर्तें
Welcome to the digital portal of SYNCCNEO WELLNESS LLP. By registering as an Independent Business Associate, purchasing our products, or accessing our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms, guidelines, policies, and code of conduct defined herein.
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to any clause in this document, please refrain from registering or transacting on this platform.
1. Independent Business Associate Status / स्वतंत्र सहयोगी पद
Upon successful registration on this platform, you are appointed as an Independent Business Associate (Direct Seller). You are NOT an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of SYNCCNEO WELLNESS LLP.
- You have the right to purchase our wellness and Ayurvedic products at Distributor Price (DP) and sell them to customers at Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
- You are solely responsible for compliance with local tax obligations, direct selling guidelines, and business registrations as required under applicable Indian laws.
- No enrollment fee, joining charge, or recurring membership fees are collected for registering.
2. Product Purchases & Distribution / उत्पाद खरीद और वितरण
All transactions, order placements, and stock allotments must follow the formal procedures set by the ecosystem.
- Products purchased are intended for end-consumer consumption or retail sale. Bulk hoarding or artificial inventory accumulation is strictly prohibited.
- Products must be sold exactly at the designated MRP. Selling at discounted rates or inflating prices is a violation of the direct selling code of ethics.
- We strive for maximum quality control. In the case of damaged or defective goods, replacement claims must be filed within 30 days of invoice generation.
3. Ethics & Non-Solicitation Policy / व्यावसायिक आचार संहिता
Maintaining institutional integrity is paramount to our wellness community. Every associate must pledge to absolute honesty in advertising and recruitment.
- You must not make exaggerated or scientifically unsubstantiated claims regarding the medical cures or benefits of SYNCCNEO WELLNESS LLP's wellness formulations.
- Enticing active members of another team hierarchy (cross-lining) or soliciting our community members into other network marketing structures is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.
- Direct sellers must respect customer privacy, identify themselves transparently, and maintain high standards of communication.
4. Calculations, Rewards & Compensation / प्रोत्साहन एवं लाभांश
Rewards, bonuses, and incentives are calculated purely based on business volumes (sales generated by you and your authorized team structure).
- SYNCCNEO WELLNESS LLP does NOT guarantee passive income or yield on recruitment. Income is solely a result of successful product sales.
- All payments are processed after mandatory government deductions (TDS, GST) as applicable under the standard direct tax guidelines.
- Payout schedules are processed periodically, and accurate bank details with KYC verification are prerequisite for all credit transfers.
5. Account Termination & Judicial Jurisdiction / खाता निलंबन और न्यायक्षेत्र
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the association of any seller found in breach of this agreement, standard guidelines, or legal compliance.
All disputes, actions, and claims relating to SYNCCNEO WELLNESS LLP operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
